Founded as Nevada Corporation in
December of 2002. We opened out first
office in March of 2003 after waiting forever for proper
licensing by the CA Department of Real Estate (the FBI
lost Jay's fingerprints) in Redondo Beach CA.
After a series of unforeseen problems with our office co
tenant (he was a crook), we moved from Redondo Beach to
West LA in May of 2002 and have been very happy and
profitable at our new location on Route 66 a.k.a. Santa
Monica Blvd! We strive to offer the best customer
service for a reasonable price. We are proud of
our spotless record of customer
satisfaction.

Toru, President, 41, born in Tokyo
Japan, but a resident in Los Angeles since 1981. Toru's forte is the expert control and design
of our website. In LA, Toru worked dealing with
the interaction between American Employees and Japanese
work ethics. Returning to Japan, he had
responsibility in Fine Art Digital Restorations with the
greatest museums of the world in the employ of the
Hitachi, Ltd., Japan for over three years. Returning
to LA in 2002, he currently resides in North
Hills, with Jay and his cats, Charlie, Bern, Babyface
and Sarah as well as Lester the parrot. Toru's
favors fast cars, his Mustang, tech manuals and the
latest Peter Jackson film.

Jay, Co-CEO/CFO, 45, born in New Jersey in an
Italian American family (enough said). Jay worked in the Motion Pictures and
Television Industry in publicity and production when he
arrived in Hollywood in the late 70's. He worked
with Brain DePalma as a film trailer editor. He
moved on, working in TV as an Assistant Director and
then working office administration at a major Law Firm
in LA. Jay moved to Yokohama Japan in 1997 with
Toru for 3 years, studied Japanese and taught
English. In 2001 he returned to LA to Internet
sales for the Ford Corporation. He then formed All
Over LA with Todd and Toru after an intro from a mutual
friend. He prizes his TR6 sport car and passes
time with television and film viewing and arguing with
Todd. Jay travels when he can with Toru to SCUBA
sites worldwide or any European capital for culture.
